Why did He say that? Part 6

Matthew 24:12 “And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.
13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved.”

What does Lawfulness or lawlessness have to do with love, and with our hearts?

The Apostle John knows and tells us, “Whoever believes that Yahshua / Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him.
2By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments.
3For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.” (1st John 5:1-3)

Apparently, the law and love are tied together in the Kingdom, and these are the means by which we overcome the world. For John is fully aware that these things are our refuge from those who might come against us. This is what sets us aside from the rest of the world.

For John goes on to say, “For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.
Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Yahshua / Jesus is the Son of God? (1st John 5:4, 5)

But Yahshua / Jesus makes it even more clear as He ties Love together with our obedience to God’s Law, when He said, “He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.” (John 14:21)

Clearly our Savior is telling us that If we love Him, and want a relationship with Him and the Father, we will Keep the Commandments out of our love for Him. And we will not keep just a few of them but all. Meaning that If we will not lie, cheat, or steal from others, then we will also Honor His Sabbath on the 7th day.

We will put away our Pagan practices, and keep the feast days that He ordained for His people.  Passover rather than Easter, unleavened bread, first fruits, Pentecost, The feast of trumpets, and the Day of Atonement, as well as the Feast of Tabernacles. All of these are rehearsals for events that are yet to come and tied intrinsically to Prophesy.

God has commanded us to stay away from things that are unclean, so that we will know what it means to keep a clean heart and to be His Holy Temple.

Ezekiel spoke of this very thing when He said, “The conspiracy of her prophets in her midst is like a roaring lion tearing the prey; they have devoured people; they have taken treasure and precious things; they have made many widows in her midst.
26 Her priests have violated My law and profaned My holy things; they have not distinguished between the holy and unholy, nor have they made known the difference between the unclean and the clean; and they have hidden their eyes from My Sabbaths, so that I am profaned among them.
27 Her princes in her midst are like wolves tearing the prey, to shed blood, to destroy people, and to get dishonest gain.
28 Her prophets plastered them with untempered mortar, seeing false visions, and divining lies for them, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD,’ when the Lord had not spoken.” (Ezekiel 22:25-28)

In essence we have been bamboozled out of our heritage by false teachers, who misrepresented the Word of God to us, and we in our innocence believed them. Because even though most of us have a Bible, and can read, we did not fact check these people who are paid to bring us the truth.

This will be the cause of eternal death for many who will read this message today! Because of our inaction and ignorance of God’s Word many will perish.

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.” (Hosea 4:6)

If you love Yahshua / Jesus you will harken to this Message and Obey God.

  1. I just spoke to a young lady last night about the laws and her response to me was that her husband is studying it. She said that yes you are took all the laws away and only gave us two and that was to love the Lord God with all of our heart and the second want to love each other . I asked her to have her husband read in the books of Deuteronomy and Leviticus about these days and two show me where Christmas was made a thing to celebrate . Of course I address the issue of lawlessness also . Per usual the responses it’s his birthday . That being said she also knew that it wasn’t really his birthday . People are living a lie even though they know the truth because it is
