Lost in a wilderness!

Numbers 10:33 So, they departed from the mountain of the Lord on a journey of three days; and the ark of the covenant of the Lord went before them for the three days’ journey, to search out a resting place for them.
34 And the cloud of the Lord was above them by day when they went out from the camp.
35 So it was, whenever the ark set out, that Moses said: “Rise up, O Lord! Let Your enemies be scattered, and let those who hate You flee before You.”
36 And when it rested, he said: “Return, O Lord, to the many thousands of Israel.”

When Israel moved in the wilderness, they were very well organized. The Ark of the covenant always went before them, and the Tabernacle also traveled with them.

They were united, and all of them followed the column of smoke by day and the fire by night. They knew and understood that they were in the presence of YHVH God.

They had unity because of the presence of Moses their leader, and this super natural power that hoovered over them. They had unity in one purpose, to follow God and to do as He commanded them.

So, they departed from the mountain of the Lord on a journey of three days; and the ark of the covenant of the Lord went before them for the three days’ journey, to search out a resting place for them.
And the cloud of the Lord was above them by day when they went out from the camp.
(Vs 33, 34)

At this time there has never been a nation so bound together with a singular purpose as Israel was in those wilderness days.

This is something My nation needs to consider for today, because what I am seeing is millions of people without leadership. Angry and under attack by the Evil one, and no one to lead them out of this situation.

So, what are we to do?

There is only one thing to do. And that is to join together in prayer and ask God to provide us a way out, and give us a faithful man of God to lead us out of this mess.

Our enemies are also God’s enemies, For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12)

If we do not join hands and present a cohesive force against them, they will prevail. Even in the wilderness Israel was able to field an army of hundreds of thousands of men. We should be able to far exceed that. But without a godly man to lead, it can’t happen, for this is a holy war!

So it was, whenever the ark set out, that Moses said: “Rise up, O Lord! Let Your enemies be scattered, and let those who hate You flee before You.”
And when it rested, he said: “Return, O Lord, to the many thousands of Israel.

The Ark was more than just a symbol, It was the presence of God at the forefront, leading the way forward.

And there was a time when Godly men led this nation to victory over evil seated on a throne in England, they threw caution to the wind, because they lifted up the name of Christ before them and they prevailed, at least for a time.

But now that old Devil is back again, and tyranny has returned to our soil. We have a choice now. Either let Yahshua have the reins, or we can return to being totally controlled by a dictatorship.

We know what’s coming. The Question is are we prepared to allow it. If we do not submit to it, we are dead anyway, simply because we will not submit to tyranny, or to God.

Remember that God did not send Moses to bring His children out of bondage until they cried out to God.

Exodus 3:7 And the Lord said: “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.
8So I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites.
9Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel has come to Me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them.
10Come now, therefore, and I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring My people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt.”

Do we really think He does not know our suffering? Pray my friends, cry out to Him, let Him hear our pain. Count the dead, and infirm to Him, the children that are being harmed, the elders being murdered, He will act!

Shalom my friends,

Chuck Greever
