Isaiah 43:1 But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.
We need to know that there is no reason to fear, for we belong to the most-high God, and He has called us by name and redeemed us, made us set aside for His purposes. Surely no one can harm us!
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.
He is not going to harm us, but He will use us to glorify His Holy name!
Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ (Isaiah 41:10)
Fear not, O land; Be glad and rejoice, for the Lord has done marvelous things! (Joel 2:21)
“Fear not, daughter of Zion; Behold, your King is coming, Sitting on a donkey’s colt.” (John 12:15)
Obviously, Yahshua does not want us to be afraid of anything, for he will not allow us to come to any harm. Satan will not harm us, no man can harm us, for our lives extend beyond this world. And YHWH God is our Father, and Yahshua Christ our King.
Romans 8:31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Why should we fear when YHWH God is with us?
Fear is a problem for so many of us. and prevents us from exercising our Faith. But it is just the fear alone that does that, not our enemy, not any human, but just the fact that we are afraid. And if we’re afraid, then what good is faith? Just a question.
We are fearful that we may be defeated. And fearful that we may make a mistake, or fearful that we may die, or fail at something. These things are of HaSatan, and are His tools to turn you away from the blessings that are rightfully yours.
“Behold, I set before you today a blessing and a curse: the blessing, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you today; and the curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the Lord your God, but turn aside from the way which I command you today, to go after other gods which you have not known.” (Deuteronomy 11:26-28)
The only thing that can interrupt our blessings is reaping what we have sown, as a result of our disobedience to God’s commandments.
So, let’s examine ourselves to see if we have kept covenant with Him. Have we loved God with our whole heart, and worshiped Him only? Have we loved our neighbor as ourselves?
If not, then we should fear! But fear YHWH God, for he holds our future in His hands.
“And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” (Matthew 10:28)
But if we truly belong to Him, we need not fear anything. For we live as His Sons and Daughters, and as obedient children we obey our Father.
Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord!
Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, who seek Him with the whole heart!
They also do no iniquity; They walk in His ways. (Psalms 119:1-3)
So now that we know how to live without fear, let our faith take us where ever we want to go, and to do whatever Yahshua calls us to.
Obey God, and live without fear!
Shalom my friends,
